Our Medium Box is constructed with three layers. The two outside layers are made from virgin cardboard, which gives a box its strength. The inner layer, or cushion, is made from 100 percent recycled cardboard.

Heavier items such as books, DVD’s, paper files, dinnerware, glassware, bathroom items and pantry items are best for the Medium Box.

Wardrobe Box

Our Wardrobe Box is constructed from strong virgin cardboard and is the best protection for your hanging clothes including suits, dresses, slacks, sport coats and winter coats. Our Wardrobe Box was designed to avoid any damage or soiling during transport.

It has a strong, metal bar on which 20-30 garments hang. The bulkiness of your clothes determines the number of hangers that will fit. When packing the Wardrobe Box it's best to hang the heavier clothes towards the outside of the bar, and lighter clothes in the center.

Tape Dispenser

A tape dispenser makes taping easy.

If you haven't used a tape dispenser, your Rent Our Boxes delivery specialist will demonstrate its use. Once you use a Tape Dispenser you'll never want to tape boxes without one again.

Unfortunately, the tape itself cannot be re-used; therefore, we offer tapes rolls for purchase. If two people are packing, we recommend you rent two dispensers.

White packing paper, similar to butcher’s paper, is idea for wrapping dinnerware and glassware.

Newspaper should not be used for wrapping because the ink is messy and sometimes stains. Newspaper is best used for padding on the bottom of boxes and for filling in.

Marker Pen

To be used only on the tape and not the box itself, the permanent marker pen labels which room a box is to be moved into. For example, when you pack kitchen items into a box, label the box "Kitchen" so that the movers will know which room to move the box into. This system will keep you from having to move the boxes into the proper rooms after the movers leave.
